With effort and passion, we hope to foster a culture that is built off of education, growth and prosperity. Where we try to understand and empathize with every dog till they have their day. Perfection is not the end-goal, but rather a never-ending process of learning and evolution through community driven discourse and interaction. Our community is one that comprises many colours, ideals, attitudes and backgrounds. Where boundaries and the desire to spend time here in tranquility can be set and respected. It is encouraged that members practice common-sense, discourse, empathy and understanding, agreeing to disagree, problem solving and critical thinking, in hopes to become leaders, not dictators. Seed and Flower staff members are not above you! Trivial-matters that occur between our Resident members will not be the business of staff-matters, as we want our staff members to enjoy their time here with as much normalcy as possible. We are here to make day to day life easier and more peaceful - we will assist where we can, with grace, fragility, and empathy.
