THE OUTCAST SMP

The Outcast SMP is a survival server where death has a price. Every player starts with 3 lives. Every death is announced server-wide. Lose your last life and you become an Outcast: glowing red name, visible through walls, shunned by villagers, hunted by golems, weakened but hitting harder. Stay cursed too long and things get worse - or find a Totem of Undying and diamonds to complete the Ritual of Redemption and come back. No pay-to-win, no grinding for hours, just vanilla survival with real stakes and a tight-knit, active community and Discord.
