THE EXCHANGE A 1.21.11 Towny server built around a player-run market. play.theexchange.gg The market When you run /sell, your items go to whoever is actually paying the most for them. Players post buy orders, other players fill them. If nothing is listed for an item, the server will take it, but at a price low enough that you would rather wait for a real buyer. Prices move because people move them. Businesses Register a business with /biz, get a business bank account, and start trading under your own name. Every transaction is taxed 5% into the server account, and that money is what funds server projects. It goes back into the map instead of disappearing. Towns and war Towns and nations run on Towny with SiegeWar. Sieges only happen inside set windows, about five hours a week: | Fridays | 8pm ET | | Weekends | 3pm ET and 8pm ET | Outside of that your town is safe and you can log off without worrying about it.
