Violence, Jumpscares, High but not realism based difficulty. Realism and Fantasy combined. Difficult with extra suffering. Become overpowered if you can, but the end is not the end. (also watch out for the parasites they can turn your world into a wasteland) New mobs, new animations, new content, quest, dungeons, dimensions, more villages, new hostile mobs, new weather system and more.
