Premium on MineBuff is a paid upgrade for server owners. It gives the listing stronger placement and a Premium badge. It does not mean Mojang “premium” accounts or online-mode only.
Treat these servers like any others: check votes, players online, reviews, and the written rules. The badge only shows that the owner paid for extra visibility.
