StorySMP is a semi-vanilla survival server built on a simple idea: Minecraft is at its best when every playstyle has a place to shine. Whether you're a builder crafting a home base, a fighter chasing fast-paced PvP encounters, a trader growing a small economy, or an explorer chasing danger into the Deep Dark, StorySMP is designed around you. The world itself pushes back — hostile mobs on Hard difficulty, real risk in dangerous places, and gear that can be lost as easily as it's earned. But safety exists too, in the bases you build and the communities you form. Progression comes from playing, not paying — everything purchasable can also be earned. Beneath it all runs a mystery: hidden clues, scattered lore, and a story only the community can piece together. Using custom server software provides additional features, customization options, and plugin support compared to the original Minecraft server jar. This server has registered their server to use the following server software:

Join with Minecraft Java edition
Click on the Java IP here to copy it: storysmp.net
Open Minecraft and click the Multiplayer tab and click Add Server
Paste the IP into the Add Server option. Click Done
Click Join and enjoy playing on Story SMP
Join with Minecraft Bedrock / Pocket Edition (MCPE)

Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and click the Play button
Open the Servers tab and click on the Add Server option
Paste the IP into the Server Address field, and the Port in the Port field
Click Play and enjoy playing on Story SMP Bedrock Edition.
