About Prison Minecraft Servers

Prison is a rank ladder: mine in ranked mines, sell ores, buy better picks, then prestige for bonuses. Larger networks add private mines, gangs, and autominers.

Classic Prison is slower and tighter on money. OP Prison ranks you up much faster with flashy enchants. If the store sells skip-rank passes, paying players will pull ahead—decide if that is okay for you.

Useful details: whether mines allow PvP, enchant limits, and how AFK-friendly mining is. Players in the mines (not only the lobby) keep the economy alive.

Prison FAQ

Usually by mining a quota or paying a rank price from sold blocks (/sell, /rankup). Prestige resets rank for a permanent multiplier.

OP Prison uses inflated enchants, faster currencies, and flashier gear. Normal Prison is slower. Tags on MineBuff help separate them.

Mixed. Some servers run peaceful mines and PvP only in warzones. Others allow kills in prestige mines—read rules.

Take the starter pick, find A/B mine warps, sell your first inventory, then /rankup. Skip buying store ranks until you understand prices.
