We do this by using an organized method of working.We set up jobs and projects for people to participate in. Jobs and projects are supervised by our Build Moderators. Jobs can be tasks like building furniture in houses, building houses, planting forests, laying roads... Projects are a collection of tasks that require massive creativity and work building Rohan, Buckland, Osgiliath, ..
